- Click one of the following: “Double Room” (two beds) or “Single room” (one bed)
- Count (how many people staying in the room)

- Arrival Date and Number of Nights
- Check “Suitable for Handicap” if applicable

- All hotels with availability will appear and it shows driving distance to the Hanover Exhibition Grounds where the meetings are
